Q: What is Laser Tag?
A: Laser tag is a fun, team-based game where players aim futuristic looking phasers at lights on the vests of their opponents. A painless and completely harmless radio transmission from the phaser “tags” the lights on the opponent’s vests and scores points. The team with the most tags wins the game. There are also bases located in our 3,000 square foot, multi-level arena that can be captured for points. We also have an observation deck where you can view the game! Each player can view their independent and their team score on a monitor outside the arena after the game.
Rules and Safety
In the arena there are several rules to insure safety and fun.
We suggest that players wear closed-toed, rubber-soled shoes.
No physical contact.
No lying down.
No profanity or screaming.
You must hold the phaser with two hands in order for it to function correctly.
We will have Marshalls in the arena to maintain safety and to help if there are questions.
Q: What are human hamster balls?
A: Human hamster balls were created for you to walk or float on water. The process is simple but ingenious. You enter inside the ball. We close the zipper and fill the ball up with air and you are ready for fun. You can walk, jump, roll, or just float on the water.
Q: Can we just come in and play?
A: Absolutely. We run games every 12 minutes. The cost to play for one player, one game is $6.50, two games are $12.00 and 3 games are $16.50. Please check our calendar for Holiday Hours and Specials.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, personal checks with physical address and driver’s license, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Q: If I order the Extreme Expedition Package, where do you get your cakes?
A: We are currently working on several options for cakes. You can call us for details.
Q: Can I bring in any other food to my booked birthday party?
A: There will be a limited amount of space in the party areas. Therefore, if you would like to bring in any other food or snacks, we suggest chips, fruit, and/or finger sandwiches. We do ask that you NOT bring pizza or drinks. Our pizzas will be "ordered in" so we will ask right away if you would like to order extra pizzas.

Q: Should I tip my party hostess or host?
A: We guarantee great service! If you feel that you received exceptional service, a gratuity is left to your discretion and is acceptable.
Q: What time should I arrive for my party?
A: We have tables located at the entrance of the party areas for our arriving parties. We allow 15 minutes in between parties to clean and turn over the room. We suggest you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your party time. Your first attraction will not begin until 20 to 25 minutes after your party time to ensure all your guests arrive due to a push in schedules or traffic, etc.
Q: Will I be charged for adults or smaller children that attend the birthday party?
A: On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we have a minimum of 12 guests for the party. You will only be charged for the number of guests that actually play the games and eat pizza (over the minimum of 12.) We supply soft drinks for everyone that attends the party.
Q: What if one of the parents wants to play the games during my birthday party?
A: If there are enough vests available in the arena during your game time, a parent can play the game by purchasing a ticket for a discounted price of $4.
Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: Your deposit is only refundable if you give us a 10 day advance notice. Otherwise you are welcome to move your party to another date or you can receive $100 in credit to use at the facility. But, we are unable to refund your deposit.
Q: Will anyone else be playing the games with my party?
A: We can vest between 24 and 26 guests. If your party is less than that amount, there is a possibility that the public or another birthday may be playing with your party. However, we strive to keep the age level of players very close. It is more fun that way! Hamster balls are ridden individually by each player and the pool can hold several at one time.
A: We do not have an age restriction on playing laser tag. If the player is comfortable in the vest and comfortable playing under black lights, we will let them play. Hamster balls can be ridden by any age, as well, as long as the guest is comfortable.
